Then pour the rest of the cold milk and mix together until smooth. Combine cocoa powder and instant pudding powder in a bowl. Pour into serving dishes immediately and serve or refrigerate. Garnish your mousse with whipped topping, fresh berries, mint or whipped cream! The flavour of your chocolate mousse will be directly dependant on the quality of chocolate you use, so use something good.
