- FOR JALEBI.In lukewarm water,add sugar and yeast,mix and let it sit for 4 minutes.
- In a bowl add flour,orange food colour,melted butter,yeast mixture,water and make a batter of desired consistency(not to thick and not watery).let it rest for 10mins.Now pour this batter in to sneezing bottle.
- In a frying pan,heat oil and squeeze the bottle and make centric rings with the batter.When one side is cooled,turn over and fry the other side.After frying immediately put the fried jalebi in to sugar syrup for about 2-3 mins.Remove jalebi with tong and shake lightly to drop excess sugar syrup.
