- And pour in greased steel katori 3/4and garnish with nuts.take a steamer add water and place a ring and place a plate and place pour batter katori on it.
- Cover with steamer lid and steam for 10 to 12 minutes or check with tooth pick if clear it is ready. Steam semolina cake or appam.
- Cool it and loose the sides with knife and mould out and serve with tea or as it is delicious and enjoy it.
