  2. Add curd to the dry ingredients and mix well.

  4. Now after half and hour add baking powder to the batter and mix well and keep the batter of flowing consistency
  5. Now w take sugar in a pan add water and bring it to boil and keep stirring until sugar dissolves. Make one thread consistency and add lemon Juice to avoid crystallization of sugar. Add saffron stands and switch off the heat.
  6. Now take a flat frying pan and add oil or desi ghee and heat the oil
  7. Take a piping bag and pour the batter in that, make the round circle by giving pressure at the back of bag fry until crispy, dip the jalebis in sugar syrup until it soaks the syrup, put them in a bowl and garnish with saffron strands and almond slivers.?swrve hot
