- Prepare 1 cup plain flour
- Take 4 tbsp corn flour

For the jalebi batter Sieve the plain flour and gram flour together. For Instant Jalebi recipe, prepare the sugar syrup first. The sugar will dissolve and start to boil. Add saffron strands, crushed cardamoms and cook till it forms a one string consistency.
Steps to make Instant Jalebi:
- For instant jalebi gather all the ingredients.
- In a bowl take plain flour, baking soda, baking powder and mix it well. Now after adding curd and food colour give all the ingredients a good whisk. Curd will give that tangy taste to jalebi which comes by fermentation.
- Add water little by little and form lumps free batter. Batter must not be too lose or free flowing.
- Take a sauce pan to make sugar syrup. Add sugar, water, cardamom powder and saffron strings to it and boil it on medium to high flame. Cook it until it forms 1string. Check consistency of sugar syrup by taking little amount of syrup between thumb and index finger.
- After sugar syrup is done in a frying pan heat smell less oil or ghee to fry jalebis.
- Add jalebi mixture to piping bag.
- Heat oil/ghee on high flame than on medium flame make jelebi swirls in oil/ghee. Dont ditrub jalebie's till bubbles are seen around it. Once bubbles are reduced or gone turn it other side and cook it well.
- Immediately add fried jalebi in to sugar syrup and soak it with help of spoon for 3 to 5min.
- Finally top up julebis with pistachio and nuts of your choice and serve it hot.
The sugar will dissolve and start to boil. Add saffron strands, crushed cardamoms and cook till it forms a one string consistency. Heat pan on medium heat, add sugar and water and mix well until sugar gets dissolved with the water. Then bring the syrup to boil. After the syrup boils, lower down the heat and simmer the syrup until you get one flow consistency.
