It is made by deep-frying maida flour (plain flour or all-purpose flour) batter in pretzel or circular shapes, which are then soaked in sugar syrup. This dessert can be served warm or cold.   8. Get 1 1/2 cup water

Instructions to make Jalebi:
  1. In a bowl add maida,curd, food colour and needed water to make smooth batter.keep it aside for 7-8 hours.
  2. Sugar syrup- In a pan add water and sugar.boil it till sugar melt.keep aside.
  3. Now put batter into the milk packet.cut from down.now heat oil for frying.make jalebi into the hot oil.fry till golden colour.instantly dip in sugar syrup.dip from 30 seconds and serve hot.

In the evening, it is served as a snack with samosa and kachori. In Bhopal, it is relished with poha! How is jalebi made Traditionally it is made with a fermented batter of all purpose flour, gram flour (besan), baking soda and water. This fermented batter is then poured in concentric circles in hot oil and deep-fried. Then these fried spirals are soaked in sugar syrup for a few minutes and later served.
