- Take 1 cup Maida
- Prepare 1 cup Curd
- Prepare 1 cup Sugar syrup

Steps to make Jalebi:
- Sieve all the maida cornflour and baking soda.
- Now add curd colour and mix well
- Now add water accordingly and make a batter
- It should be in flowing consistency.
- Same as you make idli batter or vada pav batter.
- Let it rest for 6_7 hrs. - Now heat oil in a kadhai.
- Put the mixture in a bottle which can be pressed easily.
- Once your oil it heated nicely simmer the flame and pour the mixture spirally giving shape directly in the kadhai. - Deep fry.
- Remove and put them on a paper napkin to remove the excess oil.
- Add in sugar syrup.
