- Cook the pork. When it changes color, add the kimchi and then the tofu. While cooking, break the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix it all together so that everything is combined. Once everything is cooked through, it's done.
Pour the oil into a large skillet set over medium-high heat. They should be completely cooked, but if not, turn the heat to low, cover the skillet, and cook until done to your liking. Heat pan to medium high heat. If there is excess oil from the pork belly, remove it before adding kimchi. Slice the pork belly as thin as possible.
