- Now add the green peas. Keep the simmer low and fry it for 5-8 mins. Add 1 tbspn salt to it. Frying happens faster with salt
- Next add the tomato and radish. Saute it well. Let is cook for another 5 mins.
- Once it's cooked properly, add gram flour. Spread it evenly. Saute it well again. Keep it on low flame for another 2-3 mins. Add oil to mix it well. Spread coriander over it.
- Serve hot.
