- Take one mooli with leaves.
- Grate mooli & chopped leaves.
- Take a mixing bowl.
- Add wheat flour.
- Add 2 tbsp besan.
- Add 4 tbsp mooli leaves finely chopped.
- Add 1 tbsp coriander leaves.
- Add ½ tsp salt, ½ jeera, ½ ajwain, 1 tsp oil.
- Mix well knead a semi-soft dough.
- Cover & rest 15 mins.
- Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil.
- Add jeera and mustard seeds.
- Add green chilli & Ginger garlic paste & fry one min.
- Add mooli and leaves.
- Add salt,haldi powder, red chilli powder, and dhaniya powder.
- Mix well and cover and cook 2 to 3 mins on low flame.
- Add 3 to 4 tbsp besan.
- Again cover and cook 3 mins on low flame.
- Add 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
- Make six portions of dough and stuffing.
- Take one portion of dough and roll it.
- Place one stuffing's portion in it and seal properly.
- Set properly stuffing.
- Again roll it.
- Heat a pan and roast paratha on both sides.
- Apply Ghee or Oil on paratha
