The ingredients needed to make Steamed Yoghurt:
  1. Prepare 1 cup yoghurt
  2. Make ready 400 gm condensed milk
  3. Take 1 cup milk
  4. Get 10 cashew (chopped)
  5. Prepare 10 almonds
  6. Get as needed Kesar(safforn) strings
  7. Get 1 tbsp ghee

Pour into a bowl and add. Mix half of the olives through the yoghurt with a splash of red wine vinegar, taste and season to perfection with sea salt and black pepper. Remove the salmon to a board, then drain the eggs and beans in the colander. Toss the beans in the dressing and divide between your plates.

Instructions to make Steamed Yoghurt:
  1. Take a bowl add yoghurt whisk well. Add condensed milk and again mix well. Add milk and whisk again. In another bowl take 2 tbsp milk and kesar and soak it for few minutes.
  2. Add chopped almond and cashew and kesar mix and give it a nice mix. Now grease the six small bowl with some ghee. Add few kesar each bowl then pour the yoghurt mixture individually in the bowl in same quantity.
  3. Cover it with cling film or aluminum foil then place it in the steamer and steam it for 10-15 minutes.
  4. After that take it out from the steamer and remove the cling film and allow to cool completely on room temperature then place it in the refrigerator to chill completely and then demould it garnish with chopped almond and cashew and serve.

Remove the salmon to a board, then drain the eggs and beans in the colander. Toss the beans in the dressing and divide between your plates. With a sharp knife, make a few slashes in each drumstick. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, season to taste. Add the drumsticks, rubbing the mixture well into the meat.
