For momos: In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the chicken filling, according to your choice. Take a bowl and add chicken kheema, onions, garlic paste, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and black pepper powder. Mix these ingredients with the chicken kheema and keep aside. In a bowl, take all-purpose flour.
Instructions to make Chicken Steam Momos:
- Take a bowl add flour oil salt mixed it well now add water to make a soft dought cover it for 20 mins
- Now take another ball add all filing ingredients & mixed it well you can also add any veggies of your choice as well
- Divide dough in to 2 portion take 1 portion make it long now take 1 small balls in it
- Take 1 ball and roll it with the help of rolling pin make sure it thick from center and thin from corners
- Add 1 tbsp of filing apply water on corners and make a potli
- Now if you have a steamer so steam in it if no so take 1 pateela add 1 liter of water take a hole thali aur platte grease with oil add momos and cover it
- Steam on high flame for 10 to 15 mins only no more than 15 when you get a transparent take it out serve with any sauce
Mix these ingredients with the chicken kheema and keep aside. In a bowl, take all-purpose flour. Add salt, refined oil and baking powder.
