While you cook six strips of bacon in a large skillet over medium heat, shred a small head of cabbage (we like green cabbage here) and peel and chop three russet potatoes. When the bacon is crispy, take it out of the pan and leave the bacon drippings. Add the potatoes, cabbage, four cloves garlic, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Wash the cabbage and cut two onions into small pieces.

- Wash and Cut cabbage as shown in the pic below. The cuttings must not be too big or too small. Do not use the hard part and the thick leaves. Peel and cut potatoes in small dices. - Cover again and cook till the tomatoes are cooked. The shake should have a little water (raso) as shown in the pic. Turn off the stove. Garnish with coriander and serve.
- Note: green chillies can be replaced by red chilli powder. In that case, add the chilli powder at the time of adding tomatoes.
Add the potatoes, cabbage, four cloves garlic, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Wash the cabbage and cut two onions into small pieces. Heat coconut oil in large cooking pan and add the onions into the cooking pan. Cook until the onions are soft and brown. In the meantime cut the cabbage into small pieces.
