  1. Take Maggi and boil it 60%, not completely.
  2. Now once boiled, drain the water completely and wash with normal water and drain the water again.
  3. Now in a bowl add boiled Maggi noodles, chopped onion, capsicum, french beans, cabbage, grated carrot, salt, red chilli powder, Maggi masala, seasoning herbs, 2 tbps semolina, 2 tbps cornflour and mix it well till dough is formed.
  4. Don't add any extra water to it.
  5. Now take some stuffing from dough and make lemon size ball.
  6. In a small katori take rest of cornflour and add little water to make semi thick paste.
  7. Now coat cornflour evenly on lemon shaped ball.
  8. Now cover it with finely broken Maggi pieces evenly.
  9. Now in a wok or pan take oil and keep it at medium flame once heats up put these Maggi coated balls and deep fry till golden brown. Maggi balls are ready to serve with sauce and dip.
