- In a bowl,combine flour,salt,oil,using fingertips to get a bread crumb texture.
- Add water little by little to make a dough.
- Cover the mixing bowl. Refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes need the dough again.and roll the dough.
- Take out the rolled dough,and put it in the tart mould.
- Press gently with the fingers,so the dough evenly cover the molds.
- Prick the bottom of the tart with a fork and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Now heat oil in a pan,add chopped tomatoes and add green peas saute well.
- Add the tastemaker which are inside the maggi packet add salt,mix well,and add 2 tbsp of water.
- Cover and cook veggies.add 1 cup water and boil,now break the maggi add into the pan,add Tomato sauce.Allow to cook till all the water evaporates.turn off heat.
- Now fill the maggi masala in tart.Grate cheese on top of the maggi masala and again bake for 5 minutes till cheese melt.sprinkle sone chili flakes and serve hot.
