  3. After that take a pan put sugar and 2 cups of water, make a two string of sugar syrup.
  4. Add cardamom powder and switch off the gas.
  5. In the batter add colour and baking powder mix well.
  6. Pour the batter into the sause bottle and make make jalebi into medium hot oil fry both sides till crisp.
  7. Take out from oil and soak it for 3 min in sugar syrup.
  8. Garnish with chopped almonds and serve hot.
