- Get 1 cup.maida
- Take Water
- Make ready 1 pinch Yellow or orange colour

- Drop the batter in jalebi form in medium hot ghee pan.
- In the mean time, make 1 string sugar syrup in a pan.
- Flip the jalebi and fry well from the other side too.
- Now Put the jalebi into sugar syrup for 30sec.and place it in plate.
- Make other jalebi in the same way and serve hot.
