- First in abowl add maida,corn flour,soda,curd mix and add water little to make consistency of jilebi batter(dosa batter)
- Take sugar add1cup watermake syrup of 1string check between ur fingers add Kesar strands
- Heat oil in kadai take milk packet make cone shape pour batter in it make hole according to shape of jilebi thin or mota
- When oil heats with help of cone make jilebi shape fry and add to sugar syrup for 2,3min take out garma garamjilebis ready😋😋

How is jalebi made Traditionally it is made with a fermented batter of all purpose flour, gram flour (besan), baking soda and water.
