  1. Take a kadhai for sugar syrup. Add sugar and 150 ml water.on high flame melt sugar. Now on low medium flam add 1/2 tsp lime juice stir continuousl low flam. Boil Until is near to one string consistency.
  2. Do not prepare thick or thin syrup switch off the gass add Saffron strands Or cardamom powder.
  3. Now make jelabi better. Take a mixing bowl take all purpose flour add sour curd mix it.
  4. Add Backing powder mix it.now add little amount of water prepare a lump free thick batter pouring Consistency. Add orange colour mix it.
  5. Take a wide pan or kadhi add deshi ghee for frying. Now take a cone fill Jalebi better closed cone with the help of rubber band.
  6. Now on low medium flame make jelebi shape. Fry it and reverse with the help of tong and deep fried on low flame.
  7. Warm sugar syrup add hot jelbi instand dip 30 to 40 second now keep aside.serve immediately. Garnish with dry fruits.
