- Take a flat pan add some oil for frying. Add pinch of soda to the mixture and pour it to a sauce bottle. When the oil is mild warm just make jalebi on the oil. Heat should be in low - medium. Fry it from both the side. Don't burn it
- Take out from oil and put them in warm prepared chasni. Flip it. Keep there for 1-2 min, then take them out.
