  12. Prepare as required Oil for deep frying /1 tsp ghee

Instructions to make Jalebi:
  1. In a mixing bowl,mix maida, corn flour, curd, vinegar, and water. Mix well.
  2. Mix well for 4 mins. Now add baking powder and give gently mix.
  3. Now pour the batter in the tomato ketchup bottles carefully.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and add ghee.
  5. Squeeze the bottle and make round Spirals with the batter.
  6. Frying till the jalebi are light golden.
  7. Then immediately drop the fried jalebis in the warm sugar syrup for 30 seconds
  8. Finally serve crispy jalebi hot, warm, or at room temperature.
