- Heat oil or ghee in shallow pan or kadahi.I used pan and filled it with desi ghee 300 gms approx.
- Keep the flame medium and carefully make it round whirls.Fry them till light golden in colour.
- Take them out and immediately soak them in Lukewarm sugar syrup for about 1 minute. Don't Dip it too much otherwise it will get soggy and won't have that crunch. - Remove from syrup and serve hot.
