  4. Elaichi powder or few drops lemon juice dal ke mix krain, chmch say sheeray ki consistency check krain, jab last drop slow giray toh sheera ready ha
  5. Oil ko ek pan ma grm krain, medium then low par rakh dain.
  6. Jalebi ke mixture ko saaf ketchup ki bottle ma dal ke b bana sktay hain, ya ksi piping bag ma.
  7. Oil ma daltay jaen, pan ke bottom ma jalebi bnay phr float ho ke auper ay itni heat rkhni ha.
  8. Oil say nkal ke sheeray ma dalain,5min baad serving plate ma nkal dain.
  9. Ready hain.
