- First of all take a bowl and add flour yoghurt and soda and make and thick batter.and rest for half an hour.
- After half an hour we make sugar syrup.
- Take a pan and add 2cups of ghee and heat on low flame

- When colour is light brown jalebi add in sugar syrup…and immediately take out from sugar syrup…otherwise it will turn soggy
