- Heat the oil in pan and add ghee.
- Squeeze the bottle and make round spirals with the batter.
- Fry the JALEBIS till they are golden and crispy.
- Then drop the jalebis in the warm syrup for 3o seconds.(syrup should be 1 string consistency).
- Your crispy sweet JALEBIS are ready to serve.
