Jalebi, also known as Jilapi, zulbia, mushabak and zalabia, is a Middle Eastern sweet snack popular all over South and Western Asia. It is made by deep-frying maida flour (plain flour or all-purpose flour) batter in pretzel or circular shapes, which are then soaked in sugar syrup. This dessert can be served warm or cold. When the sugar has dissolved, add the saffron and bring to the boil.
To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can cook jalebi using 4 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook it.
The ingredients needed to make Jalebi:
- Take 250g Maida
- Get 200g Sugar
- Make ready As needed Kesar (optional)
- Get 1 bowl Curd

Instructions to make Jalebi:
- Soaked maida full night. For fermanent
- Boil the water add sugar and make thick sugar syrup
- Take a piping bag or /sauce bottele. pour the batter of maida.
- Heat oil(ghee) in pan on medium flame make jalebi round shape and till golden brown colour then turn back. and take out in sugar syrup dip in it.
- After soaking 4-5 min and take out on a plate and serve with fresh curd
- Sugar syrup is hot not more hot if sugar syrup will extra hot it will not crispy (or soft)
