- Heat ghee in board flat bottom vessel. Make round jalebis in hot ghee, deep fry in hot ghee till crispy golden.
- Put them in warm sugar syrup. Soak them for 2 minutes. Flip and soak for 1 mins. Take out on strainer so extra sugar syrup strain out.
- Serve/Relish Delicious Hot Jalebi garnishing with almond flakes, saffron strands, dry rose petals.
