Take the pan off the heat and gradually stir in one-third of the milk.

- At first boiled pasta after adding refined oil (1 tsp) then drain out excess water with a help of strainer.
- Then fry the chopped vegetables.
- In a another sauce pan add butter, dried garlic. Stir it.
- Thereafter add all-purpose flour, stir continuously in medium to low flame, till the flour cooked and a nice aroma come out. Then add milk little by little and stir continuosly with a whisk.Next add cheese, chilli flakes, italian herbs and stir. Add salt to taste. At last add boiled pasta and cook it for 30 seconds in low flame.
- At last add fried vegetables (you can also add other vegetables). Serve hot after sprinkle some black pepper powder.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Take the pan off the heat and gradually stir in one-third of the milk. Return to the heat and simmer, stirring, until all. White sauce is basically butter with all purpose flour cooked with milk and enhanced with cheese. The whole sauce when cooked in low flame with patience will have their beautiful white color and creamy texture.
