- In a bowl mix curd, flour, chickpea flour.
- Add water and mix properly and let the mixture rest for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour add salt, cumin and mustard seeds and coriander.
- Add oil and eno and shift batter immediately on two greased cake tin and bake it at 180° deg for 40 minutes and let it cool down.
- Cut it into pieces.
- In a pan add oil, chilli, mustard seeds and dhokla and mix it.
- Dhokla is ready to serve. Serve hot.
