- Then add melted gelatin to the chocolate mix, finally fold the whipped cream mix & transfer it into the mould. Refrigerate it 20min.
- Decorate it with caramelized nuts, chocolate balls& caramel mesh.
Leave until the chocolate is half melted, stirring occasionally. Remove the bowl from the pan and stir until completely melted. Melt the chocolate, stir in milk, set aside. Whip the egg whites and lemon juice until stiff, then fold into the chocolate mixture until well combined. Add in the white chocolate, and stir with a wire whisk until all of the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and well combined.
