- Cool slightly and demould the load from the tin and brush the loaf with the butter keep aside till completely cold. When it is completely cold, cut into slices according to your choice size.

Put the flour, yeast and sugar into a large bowl and blend them together. Pour in the water, and stir until everything looks craggy and lumpy then stir in the salt. Put the flour into a large mixing bowl and add the butter.
