- Get soba or udon noodles for two, cooked
- Take 1-2 red chillis, finely sliced - save some for garnish; or generous pinch chilli flakes
- Prepare 2 spring onions, finely chopped
Bring to a boil and lower to a simmer. Remove from heat and set aside. In a soup pot on medium heat, combine the veggie stock with water. Add the cayenne pepper, rosemary, salt, ground black pepper, miso paste and tofu or chicken.
