All we have done is combined whole wheat flour, grated white radish, chopped radish leaves, low-fat curd, turmeric powder, red-chili powder, oil and knead into a semi soft dough.
Instructions to make Mooli ke Parathe:
- Grate mooli then add all spices,green chilli,coriander leaves,salt and wheat flour.
- Mooli already have water in it,so knead a dough without using water. Adjust wheat flour quantity if dough is too sticky. - Take few oil drops in hand and knead dough well.
- Make small balls and roll it like paratha or chapati. - Put paratha in hot pan,and add few oil drops around the paratha.
- Cook both side evenly by applying oil.Repeat same process and prepare all paratha.Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
Mooli or radish is not very well known vegetable. All we have done is combined whole wheat flour, grated white radish, chopped radish leaves, low-fat curd, turmeric powder, red-chili powder, oil and knead into a semi soft dough. Once the dough is kneaded, divide and roll into circle and cook on medium flame using very little oil. Peel the mooli and then grate it using a grater. Drain this water and then squeeze the grated mooli to get rid of any additional moisture.
