- Grate mooli and add makki ka atta along with salt, ajwain, red chilli powder.
- Add grated ginger, green chilli and coriander leaves too. Mix well with hands Add water as needed because mooli will have it's own water too which will help in Binding the dough.
- Heat a tawa or a non stick pan.
- Take little dough in greased hands and make ball.
- Or alternatively Place a round ball of dough onto a flat surface and start patting it into a flat round shape using your hands.
- Place it on hot tawa. Let it get cooked on low flame Apply ghee on the sides Flip it and same way let it cook completely in both the sides.
- Once done take it out in the serving plate
- Relish with little butter and pickle of your choice.
