  1. Clean all the vegetables and grate it.
  2. Saute the vegetables on a medium flame in a pan on gas in hot oil add salt ginger garlic paste and pepper powder keep it aside and let it cool.
  3. Take maida add salt and oil in it using water as required make a Soft dough of it rest it for 30 mins.
  4. Make small balls from the dough give it round shape with rolling pin try to make the centre thick and corner thin.
  5. Put the stuffing in the centre with a spoon give it the shape and seal it tightly.
  6. You have to ready the steamer to steam the momos for 10 mins.
  7. Take it out from the steamer serve it hot with sauce or chutney.
  8. Your hot steamed veg momos are ready to enjoy.

Method of cooking: Momos can be steamed, baked or deep-fried. We prefer steamed momos over the fried ones. Arrange the momos on the stand, one in each receptacle. Fill water in the pressure cooker upto an inch from the base. Heat the pressure cooker to bring the water to a boil, then set the heat to low.
