- For Suki Aloo Bhaji take 1 tsp oil in kadhai, add cumin, green chilly and curry leaves. Stir for a minute. Add crushed peanuts. Saute it. Now add boiled potato. Add salt and chilly powder as per taste. Mix it nicely.
- Add Suki bhaji, sugar powder, Salt and red chilly powder to steamed sabudana and mix well. Now add masala sing (peanuts) and chivda. Mix well and serve hot.
