  1. Get 3 Fish pieces
  2. Prepare 2 spoon Mustard powder
  3. Take to taste Salt
  4. Make ready as needed Water
  5. Prepare 2 tsp Mustard oil

  1. Take fish pieces. Wash them and set aside.
  2. Now take a bowl. Put mustard powder in the bowl.
  3. Then add water as much needed. And add salt to taste
  4. Mix everything.
  5. Now put the fish pieces in the bowl. Mix them. Add dollop of mustard oil.
  6. Then put the bowl inside the microwave oven. Put on the microwave switch. Fix time. I put 5 minutes.
  7. After 5 minutes, take out the bowl. Toss everything. Then put the bowl in oven for another 5 minutes.
  8. As oven beeps, take the bowl out. It's ready.
  9. Serve with hot rice.

To make Steamed Rohu you will definitely need rohu fish or rui maach. Besides that, you will need turmeric powder and salt. Secondly, you will need green chilies, poppy seeds, mustard seeds, and some desiccated coconut.
