- Take all the ingredients of muthiya's and make a soft dough
- Don't add water. If the dough is too soft then add little more flour and if the dough is too tight then add little curd
- Now shape the dough into bullet shape and put it in a steamer
- Let it steam for 15 to 20 mins till the toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muthiya's cool down then slice it up.
- In a pan, prepare a tadka and add the sliced muthiya's in the pan and toss it.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
- Serve it with green chutney and dahi
It tastes too good with a cup of hot tea (or coffee). It goes well with your choice of chutney or chunda. Fried methi muthia: This one is mostly made for making curry like undhiyu, tameta muthia nu shaak or papdi muthiya nu shaak. You can eat them as a snack, but I bet steamed one tastes.
